On Friday, I went in my totally badass blue spirit costume, spent the whole day in the exhibit hall checking out all the booths and posing for pictures. I went to the nick booth, and saw a poster of the new Last airbender movie, but it was mostly just fairly oddparents stuff, though I did find some amazing avatar cosplayers there.
I also went to the flight table and met
Then came the big day. Saturday. Words can't describe....OH MY GOD!
So I arrived on Saturday, dressed in my Blue Spirit gear again, in the sails pavilion. I wondered around for a bit until I saw some fire nation armor, and recognized the organizer of the event,
One by one, they all showed up. There are a lot of people I knew, and some I didn't, so sorry if I don't mention you by name, if you have a DA account, I'll put you in.
There was an actual cabbage merchant cosplayer, my god he was so awesome, he brought real cabbages, and just had us in stitches the whole time.
After everyone, or mostly everyone arrived, we went a little early to the meet up spot, and we all just sort of goofed around taking pictures, socializing being all Avatarded.
When who should appear-
But Mike and Bryan!!! I practically let out a fanboy squee right there. Also Sifu Kisu showed up as well. We all sprung into action, encircling all three of them so they couldn't escape. And instead of ripping off their clothes or large chunks of their scalps, we all settled for taking pictures with them. They were really good sports, they just kept smiling and joking around, and they made sure everyone who wanted a picture with them got one. They said they really liked my mask, and after my picture, I hugged them both. I hugged them good.
Then the film crew for the avatar documentary came and started filming and pulling people aside to interview.
Then Sifu Kisu came and talked to me. He asked to borrow my Dao swords to show the documentary swords, he was amazing...then he hit me in the balls, accidently of course. It didn't rally hurt that bad, but I think the documentary crew captured it on camera.
Then the director pulled me aside and asked if I wanted to answer some questions for the documentary. I of course said yes, and they ran me through the process. The interviewer actually said the Blue Spirit was his favorite character so I was really glad about that. He asked me how I got into avatar, why I chose the blue spirit for my costume, and if because of Avatar I started drawing or learning martial arts. Personally I wish I could go back, and try to not act like such a dorky annoying fan boy, and say some different things, but what can you do. I can't wait for it to come out.
After a while Mike and Bryan left, and they thanked us all, and went to prepare fore the signing. A little while later we all went to wait in line for the signing. We waited for about two hours before the signing opened up. The film crew was there too. And of course I met Bryke again, they asked about my costume and such. Then I asked if I could taker another picture with them. They said sure (as I said they were great sports) They signed my poster I thanked them both and then I left.
I went back to the meet up spot and took some more pictures, made some more poses, talked with sifu kisu some more. He showed us all a bunch of martial arts from avatar, as well as what style they were and what they were used for. He's a really cool guy by they way, we all just sort of hit it off with him. We swapped stories, and he signed my dao swords. Finally when everyone started to leave I called my ride and asked to be picked up, along with my poster.
All in all it's a day I won't forget, and I won't forget you who where there. And before I wrap this up I want to mention some of you were truly amazing and were really nice to me.
Fist to

You requested a pic from me some time ago.
I am very busy at the moment, plus my computer is broken, so I was wondering...
Do you still want it?
If you do, then it might take some time until I get it done >.<
